Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications. ![]() The present project area consists of approximately 12.7 acres of development with approximately 5.5 acres of open natural turf, parking for 225 cars, a pre-fabricated box office, and a pre-engineered 12,000 SF production/warehouse building and construction of the south half of Kid Zone Parkway from Durango to the existing Desert Breeze Recreation Center. The site work consists of construction through undeveloped land through the means of clear and grub, rough grade, cut, over-excavation, haul, import fill, fine grade, dust control, and allowance for caliche removal. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Desert Breeze Park Special Events project located at Durango and Kid Zone Parkway, Las Vegas NV 89147 is an open spaced area for special events.
